At this time, we are not accepting returns. Each order is packed with love and care, but in the event your jewelry arrives defective or damaged, we will replace the item as long as you contact us within 3 days of receiving your delivery with proof of damage. If the item is out of stock, we will provide a refund for the item minus shipping costs.
