Shipping policy

DOMESTIC (USA):  Packages are shipped through USPS and will include a tracking number. Please allow 2-3 business days to process your order and an additional 2-6 business days for delivery.

INTERNATIONAL: No International shipping 

IMPORTANT: Once a package has been shipped, QOYA Jewelry is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or delayed packages. If you experience any issues, please contact your local post office.
